Rename and/or merging of features into ESLint core?

I stumbled onto https://www.npmjs.com/package/eslint-formatter-html from https://github.com/eslint/eslint/issues/17524. The package is great - a really snazzy and easy-to-use HTML page. Nicely done! 👏

Summarizing context (this PR comment): ESLint is interested in removing the built-in formatters from ESLint and having them published as standalone packages. The only package name that's taken externally right now is eslint-formatter-html. So we're not sure what to do here.

• Is eslint-formatter-html still something you're interested in maintaining?
• Are there particular features you'd want merged into the core ESLint html formatter?
• Do you have any suggestions for what should be done?

@shuoshubao Any news on the transfer like you mentioned in https://github.com/fregante/eslint-formatters/issues/7? We would love to have the npm name so we can use it to publish as the official @eslint-community org
