Iteration over dictionary - Patch for /python/jsontemplate/_jsontemplate.py #62

Added a new formatter "items", this formatter can be used to iterate over 
dictionaries. Suggested usage:
Usage: {.repeated section foo | pairs}
       {@key} {@value}
       {.end}
