Shutter drops current index for "selected" image #574

Every time my PC requires a restart, Shutter reverts to 0 on the image counter. There needs to be either a persistent storage of the image counter. Or there needs to be a "help" section that tells where the image counter is set/reset to proper value.

Filename p%NNNN_

For example assume a POR of my PC is p0924.png when the power-off occurs. The next image should be named p0925.png not p0001.png or the user manual should indicate the location where the "924" can be reset to allow the next image to appear as p0925_.png.

Hi, sorry for the very late reply! Is it possible that the saving folder got reset at power-off?
