Is there an equivalent package for .NET Core? #22

More of a question in case I can save myself from going into Nodejs :)

Really trying to find how to connect in Amazon Neptune from an AWS Lambda outside the VPC, we created a network balancer but can't seem to find a way to sign requests from our .NET Core application.
