Tags are case insensitive

When adding a second tag to a note, the user guide mentions that duplicate tags are not allowed. However the tags are case insensitive, hence two tags which arguably mean the same thing can be added to the same note.

Our user guide did not mention that tags duplication detection considers different capitalisation as the same tags. It is case sensitive.
