check_isotope_ratio miss in the function of annotate_peaks_against_kcds #10

Should check_isotope_ratio = True be an optional choice in the function annotate_peaks_against_kcds.

And check_isotope_ratio = True is not included in any of the documentation. I think it should be reflected probably in mass2chem.
