Solution is to have a method that takes the csv export of an mzVault library and converts it to the JMS format. Then wet lab people can update the mzVault library at will and we can update the JMS one to match. This would also allow us to include MS2 data with the JMS library since the csv export has MS2 data embedded. An example of the export is attached.
