We sincerely want feature subsets of BM21 dataset that will vary in concentration with different proportions “A subset of features are expected to have their peak areas correlated with the mixing ratio”

The mixing ratios are provided in the "Factor_Dilutionseries" column: https://www.metabolomicsworkbench.org/data/subject_fetch.php?STUDY_ID=ST002454&STUDY_TYPE=MS&RESULT_TYPE=5

That allows you to define the features of interest on your own.
