Autodetect ionization mode from mzML #56

May not always work since metadata porting to mzML depends on what software is used for conversion but it should be possible to autodetect the ionization mode from many mzML files.

Going to close this. Although not implemented, more work will be needed to manage mixed ionization modes within one mzML file so for now it is best to let the user determine on their own.
