Unified Methods for Experiments and MetaExperiments #64

Currently joining N experiments requires creating a MetaExperiment which although an experiment object, uses a few special methods in the workflow for creating feature tables across experiments. A special method should not be required.

This is done but the unified will not be the default code path until more testing can be done.
