They are mostly zero, could save alot of space

Just going to post this as a reminder that I need to do this soon. On the new DmPA samples, I keep running out of space due to the size of the mass tracks. Will work on this sooner than anticipated.

Implemented in branch asari_sparse, will merge later in asari 2.
