6 months ago I added the mulitiplier option during mass track extraction. This multiplies the peak height by a specified integer value. Not sure how well it will play with all the other settings. Will leave it undocumented until it can be tested further
Steve Barnes brought it to my attention today that on the newest version of asari when using autoheight, there is an issue where the number of mass tracks detected is very low. Without the data he is using, it is not reproducible, but this may be related to the newest changes made to autoheight, will investigate.
