升级成8.2后无法使用 #535

在PyCharm Professional2021.3.3中升级了插件版本为8.2，然后leetcode的图标就消失了，8.1版本能正常使用

你去View->Tool Windows下找找看，如果插件启动了，应该会在那里

发现了，8.2版本的图标在左上角，原本8.1在右下角

参考#463,默认布局修改为了题目在左侧，预览与题目左右布局。如果希望保持原来的布局，可以在配置中更改
