Describe the bug 沒辦法設定 code file name 和 file template.

To Reproduce 我是用 JetBrains Rider 2023.1.2 LeetCode Editor 是裝最新的設定中其他選項編輯後可以順利儲存就只有 code file name 和 file template 沒辦法

找到原因了需要把 custom template 打勾
