已经提交通过的题目没有显示出来 #650

我在https://leetcode.cn/progress/ 这里能看自己提过一些题，但是插件里面没有显示，导致刷题的时候很不方便。

至少在3个环境下可以复现： Idea clion pycharm

一个相关的问题是在插件中提交的题目，无法同步到leetcode进度。

破案了，github登陆和手机号登陆会创建两个不同的用户 :-(
