Instructions to enable in Rider #5

Hello,

I've just installed your plugin in Rider (Thanks for developing this plugin!), but can't seem to get it working with the *.md files in rider. I tried uninstalling the bundled markdown editor but then the md files are just displayed as text...

It would be good if you can add the instructions to your readme

Provide your ide version and installed plug-in version. It can be displayed normally in Rider 2021.2 test. You do not need to uninstall the default plug-in, the plug-in is currently displayed as an accessory.

I'm on rider 2021.2 and 1.8 of markdown. But after restarting I can see the editor tab. Actually it might have been there before but I didn't notice it.
