As a user I need the ability to list all products in the catalog So that I can view a comprehensive list of all available products

Acceptance Criteria

Given the user is on the catalog page, When they view the list of products, Then all products should be displayed with their details, And the user should be able to paginate through the list if it exceeds the page limit.
