osbTools version #8

Hi!

I just compiled osbTools on windows for maya 2019 (will create a PR with my changes). During the cmake configure process, in cmake/modules/version.cmake it tries to find the version from git tags. This repo does not contain any tags, so it falls back to 0.0.0.

Can you please create a tag with the appropriate version number?
