Do your missed call numbers always start with 1234567? #19

Signed up and made a few test missed calls. Very clever. But it appears all 
calls appear to originate from "1234567" + 3 more digits. Does that mean there 
is only a 3-digit variability? Could we have more? 3 seems kinda small.

Yes this can be customized on a dedicated instance of mOTP but unfortunately 
not possible on the shared instance.
