Status:"Method Failed" Result:"Invalid APK" #22

I have followed the same process as in documentation.But it is giving an error 
on third step :Status:"Method Failed" Result:"Invalid APK".But I have used the 
same api_key for above steps also.It went absolutely fine.
My api_key is :0004-70c42784-54858db5-b867-dfff2422
I am using eclipse sdk.
