mOTP Not displayed properly ( Caller id is displayed as Private Number ) For 
AT&T, USA

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sending an mOTP to USA AT&T Networked phone

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should receive mOTP and to be displayed as a telephone number format

The issue appears to have been caused due to Caller ID Formatting constraints 
put on by the Network provider.

TO Deal with this, New caller id format would be displayed at mOTP API, to make 
a mOTP as 10 digit code ( in place of currently 8 digit )

- This correction would not have any impact on the end user code.

Updated caller id format to fix this issue.

Tested on AT & T network.

User to confirm resolution.
