Inquiry About the Possibility of Open-Sourcing UCDNET #2

Hello! I recently came across your paper, UCDNet: A Deep Learning Model for Urban Change Detection From Bi-Temporal Multispectral Sentinel-2 Satellite Images, on IEEE. I am very impressed by its functionality and potential. After thoroughly reading through the paper, I've become highly interested in understanding how these functionalities are implemented.

I understand that the project is currently not open-sourced. Given the benefits of open-sourcing for community collaboration and knowledge sharing, I am writing to inquire about the possibility of making the source code of UCDNet available publicly. I believe that open-sourcing the project could not only enhance its visibility and impact but also allow researcher and enthusiasts like myself to contribute and help in the growth of the project.

I deeply respect your work and decisions, and will understand and support whatever your response may be.

Thank you for taking the time to read this message. I look forward to your response and wish you even greater success with your project.
