Not allowed to create new trip with same name #2

Purpose of the name of the trip is as a unique identifier for the trip, thus it should be unique. It is intended to be so.

Reason for disagreement: I don't agree with this reasoning. Say a travel agency wants to advertise a bunch of trips with the same duration (4D3N trips) but to different places, they will not be allowed to do so in the current iteration of the product. This doesn't give the user the flexibility to decide what names to give to trips. Maybe trips that have the same name and locations can be flagged as duplicates, but saying users cant have trips with the same name but different locations seem like restricting user input choices.

Reason for disagreement: The severity is pretty is significant because this flaw doesn't allow the user to input trip names of their choices and thus might stop them from being able to use the application in a real-world scenario.
