The UG doesn't clearly specify the meaning of time breakdown for the shortest-time command.

Reason for disagreement: Considering this was a documentation bug, the severity should be higher than low. The UG should clearly specify what each of the commands and messages means to the user so that they get an understanding of your product and its features.

If users don't understand how a particular feature of the product works they might end up not using it, thus it's very important to give clarity in the UG.
