[Feat]: Implementing Default Profile Photo Logic for Profiles Without Images #1049

What feature?

I have an idea :- Currently, some user profiles lack profile photos, resulting in an inconsistent visual experience. To address this issue and maintain a cohesive interface, we propose implementing a default photo logic. If a user profile does not contain any type of profile photo, the system will automatically assign a default image.
