[Bug]: While creating a new PR for Issue #938, it's adding "Sai Pradyumna Goud Chiragoni" json file changes also. #1111

What happened?

I created a PR for Issue#938 I made changes on only 2 files. But in PR, it's showing changes made on "public/data/Saipradyumna Goud Chiragoni.json" file also. (this file I didn't even touched) I checked other users's PR also, many were having same kind of glitch / bug.

I maybe missing on some point. Please let me know or can discuss on this behavior.
