Welcome Page:

Things I noticed: This page did not require E-mail verification to view. I'm guessing we're still in the process of linking that?

• [ ] Change text to "Welcome! How would you like to use Shyne?"
• [ ] First button "I'd like to Join as a Member" and then underneath the button we have text that says "Members receive personal calls about career advice, interview tips, & general info about positions."
• [ ] Second button "I'd like to Apply to become a Mentor" and then underneath the button we have text that says "Mentors get paid to give career guidance to Members seeking assistance."
• [ ] At the very bottom of it all, we should have text that says "Please note: Members can always apply later on to become Mentors!" Finally, both the first and second button should be a bit larger and bolder
• [ ] We can also now add the question "What timezone are you located in?" at the bottom (and we should default everyone's drop-down Timezone answer to Pacific)

About Point 4 - We should need to set form for timezone to submit. We only have two buttons currently in this page and behave based on click event. So, I think we should not set timezone here.

@rohanzsta @soft-dave Yeah setting the timezone on this screen will get a little tricky, maybe it should be something they set after or we just set it by default for them.
