allow Mentors to schedule calls with other Mentors (hold for later) #64

looks like:

1) right now only Members can schedule calls with Mentors (see img below). Can we easily allow Mentors the ability to schedule calls with other Mentors as well?

2) Please change text below to "Please login to schedule a call" only_member_can_schedule

1) That would be a fairly big architectural change. We can explore adding this ability down the line but for now I suggest putting it in the backlog.
