Discussion topic: create Research Projects Carpentry
Brief description of issue/challenge: How do new projects understand what they need to (and should) do to be effective? We could instigate a Research Projects Carpentry organization (like Software Carpentry, with the same "train the trainers and collaborative materials" mode) to teach research project skills): how to organize a project, what documents to write, what policies to be set, etc.
