Clarify role of high impact journals #91

Not clear why a high impact journal is more likely to cite research software, if that's what this sentence implies.

Changed high impact to highly ranked.

I'm using high impact as proxy for value. Since this connection is not obvious to all readers, it's better to be more explicit. The point here is that even in journals that are highly ranked, software doesn't get properly cited. So we have a lot of work to do to elevate software as scholarship.
