Multiple custom toolbars not possible #3

If you create more than one editor instance with a custom toolbar, the last 
toolbar definition will be 
used for all instances.

It's because the current implementation will always use the name 'temp' for the 
name of the custom 
toolbar (see setToolbarObject in CKConfig). A unique name should be generated 
instead.

Fixed on SVN ; will be integrated to the v0.3 jar distribution.
