Remove pixels-jar from distribution #57

Why is the pixels-core copied into the kaptcha-jar? Seems wrong to me. It 
should be left as own jar and provided separately.

Because otherwise you would have to add another random jar file to your 
classpath that you'd forget why it was there 6 months later. Also, that project 
is no longer in active development, so it never gets updates and would never 
conflict with anything.

If you want it removed, remove it yourself. =)
