The package is not available from any of the existing maven repositories #66

I just tried to use tapestry-kaptcha and it fails due to your package being 
unavailable. Please make this available on oss.sonatype.org or some other major 
maven repository.

dup of 12, 41, 50. please look in closed issues before filing new issues. this 
package will *never* be included in any maven repository.
