Test whitespace.t is failing on Solaris i386 #407

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build memcached from GitHub master on Solaris 10 i386

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This is the output from the failing test:
#   Failed test 'core.memcached-debug.23712 (see devtools/clean-whitespace.pl)'
#   at t/whitespace.t line 41.
# Looks like you failed 1 test of 125.
t/whitespace.t ....... 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Solaris 10 i386

why're there cores in there? what's the stacktrace in the core and which test 
failed?

I'm going to mark this as invalid; would like to know which actual test is 
failing.
