Turtle output: as useful for HAMAP as SPARQL #1

This starts too add an Turtle output to pftools v3.2 which can be used by HAMAP as SPARQL. It just needs prefixes to be added outside of pftools.

This format would make it much easier to use HAMAP as SPARQL as it then does not need a separate conversion step from running pfscan with hamap to RDF.

Let's discuss before merging. I would like to add an EDAM and UniProt prefix to the header, but I don't know yet how to generate a header in the output.
