Static site: generation is super slow, and fails with some queries due to '}}' #8

We use jekyll, and liquid as a standard github-pages does. This unfortunatly fails on some wikidata query markdown files.

We switched to mkdocs, which is much faster and does not give issues with '}%' in the urls/queries.
