I've added a new project Geo.Universal, a couple of build configurations and a separate solution. Depending on active build configuration this project can be compiled for classic .NET Framework, Xamarin MonoAndroid or MonoTouch.

I'm sorry that it took me 5 months to respond to this pull request.

Now that Xamarin have added PCL support to Mono (Android and iOS included), I will not be accepting this pull request - instead I will update the current Geo PCL library to support Mono.
