Add option to control image black and white levels. #37

Some E-ink screens have low contrast, so changing image color levels can help with visibility.

Thanks for the addition! It's great to see which options help with getting better images.

I'd also like to point out that there's a eink lovelace theme in this repository, which can be applied to only the rendered view and might also improve readability 😊👍
