Added HA_BATTERY_WEBHOOK to addon config and bumped addon version for release.

Resolves https://github.com/sibbl/hass-lovelace-kindle-screensaver/issues/67

Please also add the export of the variable to the run.sh file.

I've updated run.sh as requested and also noticed the package.json needed a version bump so added this.
