Fix "view original record" link in occurrence preview #18

Should point to dwca vierw "references" field.

The condition in the if on occurrence-preview.ftl was not checking for the contents of _reference, and although not null, it has blank characters ("") and it seems in that case the link would point to the current page. Fixed on 8f1aa6e.
