IA Meme Generator Bolha Dev Sibs Server

Idea:

Each 30 minutes, the backend should create memes using text and image about bolha tech, using the IA, then send it to #memes discord for humans up/down vote. If approves the meme, it will be published in the sseramemes twitter account.

Where to get images?
Where to get Texts (maybe twitter sibs account)
Which IA can we use?
