Standardizes Jupyter notebooks for papermill invocation
Introduces make_redcap_inventory.py and filter_inventory.py (which effectively supersede check_entry_completion_status.ipynb)
Introduces correct_visit_date.py

Oops, correct_visit_date.py is unfinmished and shouldn't be part of this PR - will fix.

@shippy : Can you remove correct_visit_date.py so that I can merge the pull request - furthermore iin which container can these scripts be run ?

On reflection: while correct_visit_date.py isn't fully finished, it's useful enough and logically coheres with the rest of this PR, so I think it is ready to merge.
