Failed example when analyzing influenza #5

Convergence was not met in several distribution parameters of the BSSVS of 
relaxed molecular clock but BLUE-BEAST still said it had converged.

The cause of this error was that the analysis, after BLUE-BEAST detected 
convergence at chain length of 37130000 was run to 277180000 steps. The use of 
the mixtureModel didn't sample the Exponential model at all until after 
37130000 steps and hence the convergence was thought to be achieved in 
BLUE-BEAST. 

This is an issue of using BSSVS rather than an issue with BLUE-BEAST.
