Hi,

the URL of the server for rtmp streaming was changed and no videos can start 
with the current version. I am attaching my patch where the new URL is static 
configured only for fallback. The normal case is that the server URL is 
retrieved by the projectConfig.json where all available URLs can be found. This 
should make the code more robust against the next URL change.
