solve bug

Checking Ruby SQLite3 support: ruby -e "require 'rubygems'" -e "require 'sqlite3'" Fatal error: Ruby SQLite3 support not found. Please install it first.

on CentOS et RedHat 6

weird he made changes i didn't ask I may have already forked the project and therefore my fork was not up to date it's only the first two modifications that are good

here it is good I updated them there we see what and to change and nothing else
