use Makefile make to install package
update dependencies
add upstream url
bump version to upstream repo
remove unused files and codes:
- remove gbinder.conf
- remove 122.patch
- remove prepare section
install LICENSE file
add waydroid.install script
and more.

Weird I patched this without seeing this first, do we still need this?
