This PR is simple way to manage the QuickSimplenote settings. and it can setting to syntax like markdown for opening the note.

I don't know if I can find another use except for Markdown, as it works for all notes all the time. Maybe if someone complains we can add a syntax property under the title_extension_map setting?

Anyway, this looks great, thanks, I will merge it and check it out properly soon.

@sickmartian Oops! I didn't think this through. ;_; I think users should choose one of note_syntax or title_extension_map setting. thanks for merge my PR!
