Copy elements over from IIW demo from DIDComm resolver plugin to have an easy to run demo of ACA-Py resolving DIDs and verifying JSON-LD credentials directly with the Universal Resolver.
Allowing this to be easily extended (i.e. reading inputs from JSON, as is done in the DID Comm Resolver demo) will make it trivial to cover the TOIP demo as well.
