Can't bind axis or buttons for any device #16

I can see that the option to bind things are on my monitor, and I can select a box that corresponds to keyboard "landing gear toggle", but I can't bind a key to it. I click on the box, I get the following popup.. but then pressing "G" does nothing...

Additionally, I'm unable to bind any device (butt or axis) to any functions...

This turns out to be a scaling issue associated with ultrawide monitors.

Can be fixed by changing the resolution to a 16:9 ratio and all options become visible

Changing my desktop resolution to a more standard 16:9 ratio means I can see the rest of the interface. So looks like it's just not scaling correctly. Updated issue to reflect real problem.
