Link guest State to Host State on CellulOS #66

Now that we can get the some OSmosis state from a Linux instance: #28

We should link it with the host CellulOS state. This requires two main things

So far, we have been able to link gPA to hPA and gPA to hVA. Details are in https://github.com/sid-agrawal/OSmosis/blob/cellulos/scripts/proc/vm_model.py
